Running and walking. Nowadays I got a chronic back issue and can't run any longer, so walking it is.@jannem ooph capability loss is a tough business. glad to hear you're still bipedal though despite the issue. here's to many many more beautiful and interesting walks

@falcennial. Time is tight, walking. Always feel better after a walk. When time allows, a nice run outside. I have never, ever regretted a run. No matter how I feel at the start.

I swam earlier this morning, I’m going for a hike this afternoon, will probably go for a long-ish ride tomorrow to a new destination.
