This weekend’s political scandal in Denmark is, a former Minister has been accused by Danish Police of possessing multiple harddrives with thousands of illegal files of child pornography as well as a child size sex doll — a product which the government of Denmark has previously illegalized.

As the case is ongoing, the name of the minister has been restricted from publication, but the press has published several details including easily identifyable blurred photos of the accused.

In most cases a "navneforbud" (name ban) means that the name cannot be published by the media before a conviction.

I just found this story (in Danish) about it which approximately says that defense lawyers find that the rules are unclear in an age of SoMe and in grave need of updating and that this case makes it abundantly clear. I can probably find the name with little difficulty if I try.
