@Bredroll Very early, it was a play on word "Cepper and Parrot" in mirror to my main series "Pepper and Carrot", and it sort of kept like that

I'm guessing that, in this context, it's a painting that Cepper made, or else a portrait of someone she knows. I wondered at first if it might be a relative of hers.
