So, I was watching this video by a historian I like on YouTube, and the video was about how high the infant mortality rate was in Medieval times, and I commented that a lot of women died young in childbirth as well.

It's a well-known historical fact that at least 10% of all men died during childbirth after having lectured their spouses about how the pain of labor was nothing compared to that time they hit their toe on that bar room stool.
Historical records show that coroners registered the deaths as either "natural causes" or "what the f... did they even expect would happen?"
