On iOS I’d recommend Ice Cubes, Ivory and or SoraSns( great for local For You algorithms)
Follow relays, I assume you’re the admin, this site walks through the process. I’m happy to recommend instances https://relay.fedi.buzz/
I also strongly encourage your users to setup keyword filters
