I have some dry chickpeas, if I cook them, blend them up can I freeze them in 1 cup measurements for easy use ?

@MelissaBearTrix do you know you can just soak them overnight then grind them for falafel or toast them in an oven for a crunchy snack?

@MelissaBearTrix Whenever we get a Chinese takeaway it's delivered in plastic tubs 500ml & 650ml

We keep the 650ml ones the others get recycled

Then we batch cook meals & use the tubs to freeze 500ml portions

The 150ml difference means the lid doesn't stick to the frozen food
