Is anyone running a solid setup with:

- Synology (or other local server) at home
- Mirrored to a VPS (EU-based)
- Possibly integrated with Proton Drive or pCloud

I’m aiming for a privacy-focused, local-first setup for files, photos, contacts & calendar — with encrypted offsite backup.

Important: The photo experience should be as good as Ente, iCloud or Google Photos (auto-upload, smooth mobile app, search, sharing, etc.).

Would love to hear what works well for you (architecture, sync method, pitfalls).
