@georgetakei I was watching some of the UK coverage of Jesse Jackson's funeral. But after a half an hour, the cloying religiosity of it all just revolted me too much to carry on tolerating the lies. That's despite the respect I have for Jackson's efforts over the years.

Does America really understand how revolting their performative image of public religion is to most of the rest of the world?
