It was a Spanish prosecutor and a Spanish judge who, on learning Pinochet was in London for medical treatment, issued a European warrant for his arrest for crimes against humanity.

@Remittancegirl I though that was a prosecutor named something like balthazar garzon. I believe he was later fired for going after the wrong criminals
