Some 10-20% of the time Internxt can't find my files, some of them or sometimes all of them... I'm so fed up at this point. I've sent multiple emails to tech support and got no response at all for weeks. I give up.
Don't use Internxt. Now accepting alternative recs for cloud file storage (interim measure while I figure out self-hosting... it's a process).

I've seen https://jottacloud.com/en/ mentioned as a good provider and everyone seems to be happy switching to using https://proton.me these days.
There are some other suggestions here (Internxt seem to be among them, though, so usage might not have been tested?)

@folfdk I was interested in Tresorit except it's so expensive. I used Proton in the past and it served me well, but I don't feel good about paying them money given the CEO's political statements (which he argued weren't political, but I disagree)... it's tempting because I know it works.

@folfdk JottaCloud looks legit though. I'm now leaning toward keeping a small amount of sensitive info on Proton because it's E2EE, and the rest on JottaCloud. Thanks for the rec!

I forget to distinguish between the important stuff and the bulky stuff (like birth certificate vs that dataset from 10 years ago I tried to solve but never got around to
