@Wilto /gen what’s the source for ending the donation with gnome and flatpak? Not too thrilled about them donating to a fascist’s dotfiles but they never seemed to appear on either projects’ donors page

Impossible to see this as anything but a statement of their values.
If Digital Ocean has decided that CSS-Tricks is — in the most generous weasel-coded terms I can muster — no longer a value-add given their current goals, and they don’t want the potential backlash from shuttering it hanging around their necks anymore, well, they have emails awaiting their responses.
