    @benroyce

    That sounds like my brother. He is currently accommodated at His Majesty's Pleasure, which suggests that this kind of behaviour eventually gets suitably rewarded ...

              @alice the weird old ageing asexual hippie in me has never met an ugly person. Ugly opinions yes, but I am of the train of thought that we're all supremely and universally unique and that conveys an interesting "beauty" that transcends physical attractiveness.

              To me an interesting, kind, intelligent person is gorgeous regardless of any of the usual divisions of gender,age,race,colour,religion etc.

              Internally though some people, are a horrid black disgusting morrass of hatred, intolerance, racist, sexist etc bile. They, in my eyes at least, are the truly unattractive ones.. despite how classically symmetrical their faces may or may not be.

              Ergo I treat people as they treat me.

                @alice I'm honestly afraid of interacting with women cos I only think of my terrible mum and the weirdo classmates I've had during my 6th and 7th grade that found me "attractive" even though I'm quiet and just minding my own business.

                7th grade was weird. A few girls looked like they were having fun bothering me at school... After that I never really interacted much with women till I graduated high school.

                Prom was fun though. I was able to dance with my classmate and we had a good time 🙂

                    @alice the disparity between how you treat people you want something from, versus people you don’t want anything from, is the best test of personality there is

                        @alice There are so many versions of this quote. Very true and prescient.
                        “The ultimate moral test of any government is the way it treats three groups of its citizens. First, those in the dawn of life — our children. Second, those in the shadows of life — our needy, our sick, our handicapped. Third, those in the twilight of life — our elderly.” - Hubert Humphrey
