@sirwumpus @cavyherd @vinterkarusell Have SSD prices come down that far in recent weeks, or has it been a while since you bought one?

@sirwumpus @cavyherd @vinterkarusell Things have gotten a bit expensive lately. 2x 1TB WD Red SSD was 400 euro in april.

@vinterkarusell 1000 boost means something.
@iamdtms in my case, the meaning is server problems.

@vinterkarusell that's not so true of chess, which I recommend as a hobby. For older people, it even noticeably slows brain aging.

Big circle could be: architectural and data problem. VRAM, RAM also, but HDD, SSD most likely. No much more option avaliable. -

@foobarblubb @iamdtms kind of, limited bandwidth or it will get costly. Well, at least it's not a permanent problem for now.

@vinterkarusell Luckily things I cook go into temporary human storage and then (mostly) leave through several pipes.
But I have so many pots and pans and knifes … oh no!

@vinterkarusell story of my husband's life...

@vinterkarusell My "storage problem" is that I have enough storage to cause a real problem for people if I passed away.
@North @vinterkarusell you have this in common with my parents, who keep building more storage.

@brennen @vinterkarusell makes you wonder if being buried with all your stuff was more of a practical move than a spiritual one. Easier to build a pyramid than organize the Khufu estate sale.

You have me "bang to rights". 3:O(>
