Getting excited for the winter field season, which this year means heading South instead of North. And what better use of a wet Sunday afternoon than to go through recently arrived fieldkit from the Swedish Polar secratariet to check it all fits and to see what I additions I need?
Antarctic fieldwork starts in December and our aim is to assess snow fall variability in the sector of Dronning Maud Land near the Wasa station. .
