We're one of few developed nations that didn't. Among other things, it bans attacking infrastructure critical to civilian survival. Like power plants.

    War crimes for thee, but not for me.

    FWIW, Reagan argued we didn't need it because our own Law of War prohibits it. So much for that!

          Trump's Secretary of War Crimes has said the US doesn't need stupid "Law of War" and "Rules of Engagement" and stuff like that.

            I thought Trump 47 was the worst, and Trump 45 was the second worst, leaving Raygun in third place.
