If gardening paid enough, I would actually wear the high fashion brands that are inspired by gardening like #Sassafras. I wonder how many of the people that wear these awesome jackets running at $500-1000 actually use all those pockets for secateurs, twine, labels, pull saws, pencils, grafting tape and what not. (And believe me, I always can use more pockets when I work, so having 25 pockets in a jacket front and back is like a dream) #Gardencore

Some other examples of the same brand. The red jacket costs something like $800 LOL. I would be scared to get my jacket dirty if I could afford that and actually used it for work. Part of me finds this ridiculous, another part of me is fascinated and envious of the people who can afford this shit.

@malte DIY Malte DIY! For the same reason I also cut out pockets from my old stuff and hope that I will someday get to sew them on something.

@DeyCi_DustRain Not a bad idea! I'm useless with a sewing machine. But perhaps I can learn one day or ask a good friend.

@malte I inherited a sewing machine and I am definitely not great, but I start small, so far I can do sloppy-ugly work, but it is relatively easy, I made this clickon pocketbelt out of reclaimed stuff. I use the pockets quite a lot, even though some of the posher people around me probably think it is embarrassing 🙂 #DIY #GreatEnough4Gardening

@DeyCi_DustRain Nice work. I'm OK with not-great as long as I'm learning something and it works better than the work clothes and belts I have right now. Great inspiration!

@dj_brevet Deres outdoor-sektion er basically hvad min arbejdstøj-garderobe består af. Det har været den bedste løsning indtil videre.
