As my own bias is towards slow decisions and fast implementations, but reckognize that there are lots of benefits of the other tendency, I'm especially curious to hear why others might prefer fast decisions and slow implementations.

@malte I suppose the stereotype is that Swedish company culture is slow decisions and fast implementation and Danish companies are the reverse. But I don’t know why, and I’m not sure it’s true. (My only experience is that Swedish academia is more similar to Danish academia than to Swedish companies.)

@avadeaux I've heard similar stereotypes when I lived in Sweden.
