Do you want to eat more local, seasonal food? 🥬 If so, how have you been trying to do this and what challenges are you facing?

I'm asking because while planning my new workshop "Jord til bord" (farm to table) I would love inputs from many different people, so the workshop can be helpful to as many as possible (I will also make a zine or other communications, so even if you can't attend, you can share in the harvest of learnings).
