We're going to be overhauling or replacing most AOSP apps in the near future: Calculator, Clock, Contacts, Gallery, Keyboard and Phone.
The apps we created will be overhauled too. PDF Viewer is done and Camera is next. Camera and PDF Viewer will be getting many new features too.

It's a massive overhaul and may need a few releases to reach the Stable channel. We're working on a version 14 release fixing issues with the predictive back animation, tapping contacts not always showing the right SIM with dual SIM and some outdated icons/colors we missed.

@GrapheneOS It's really exciting that the GrapheneOS team is rewriting many (now ancient) AOSP apps!
Out-of-the-box experience matters a lot, so I think this will make GrapheneOS even nicer for new users (+ most likely more secure than alternatives).

@GrapheneOS Dual-sim user here. I do get a mismatch between the default sim on the message page (correct), and that on the contact page (incorrect).
Reassuringly, messages are correctly being sent through the SIM announced next to the bottom text field.
