I know it sounds radical but you can also move your funds (including 401k) to a money market account. At least until this shakes out and you can make rational decisions based on data.
Also note if you are invested in a "social justice fund" ...better check it. Most are already filled with META, Alphabet and all the other "tech firms" that are the complete opposite of social justicy things. I rolled mine into a money market with a query similar to what Mastodon Migration suggests. -
