Summer needed a walk.
Outside is cold, windy and raining.
She says that the variation in the weather just makes it more of an adventure.
I said probably so and started to waffle between being warm or dry. I decided on warm.
Summer was excited.
No surprise that we had the trail to ourselves.
I am such a softy I even let her dive and swim.
We encountered an otter in the first pond so we went on to the second one.

No. She doesn't interact with any wildlife. We steer clear. -

Don't want to rile up an otter either. They are territorial and can get mean.
We regularly see deer and ducks on this trail. Summer ignores them.
It's a different story if deer come on to our property. -
