Yes I knew this would probably happen when I took on the role

Being the head of the org is fulfilling insofar as I'm able to steer a ship where INCREDIBLE things are happening all the time

But on the other hand a lot of the time being an ED is a lot of boring administrative or strategic stuff that is incredibly hard to land, like you're a Roomba caught in the corner of the room bouncing from wall to wall
