I'm exhausted and stressed out by trying to get the chairman of our apartment building (the group of people owning apts) to send me a handful of documents. Insurance, rules.. Standard stuff.
I did get most of them 3yrs ago but must have not gotten them transferred from my old now dead PC.And this dude is just giving me stall and opposition. I even had a phone call with him where he promised to help. Since then crickets.
I do NOT understand.
But can't really force him to do anything

Right now.. I just kinda wanna cry. Why is he so unwilling to send me 4 documents attached to a mail? Does he think I shit on his doorstep? (I did not)

The dude finally replied with documents. Praise Jebus.
He's claiming he just got back from holiday.But as an old, I just don't understand: why not say "I'm gone for a week, will answer after that"
..The vengeances I was plotting.. Just make it clear why an answer may not be arriving swiftly ppl.Part deux: But why has the lights been on in his appt the last week? Single occupant.
In conclusion: this has been a very stressful process for 40-something me
