Cosmix-Saigon is up for grabs! It is a custom spin on NixOS, using the Cosmic desktop environment, changing channels and using the latest kernel.
It is based on the Nixbook project by @codemonkeymikeThe goal is to make a set-and-forget setup, where both the OS and the applications (flatpaks) are updated automagically.
