Storstockholms Lokaltrafik loses at European Court of Justice. Maybe they should not surprise-film every individual on a train/bus with body cameras!? I don't really understand why this is a question for a court to waste their time on - Maybe someone who loves surveillance just wants to prove a point so they can attack GDPR and ECJ later.
They've tried since 2021 to turn over a ruling by Swedish DPA... they must want very badly to film people without telling them

Story as I understand it:
In 2018, SL (Stockholm public transport company) asks IMY (Swedish DPA) to assess they use of body cameras. IMY sets out the rules. [1]
In 2021, IMY finds that SL did NOT implement the rules and fines them 16 million SEK. [2]
SL then proceeds to go to ECJ with some low-quality claims that the court dismisses in 2025. [3]
