We understand you fine and your efforts to include are highly appreciated. The accent doesn't matter and you'll get better as you talk more. Maybe practice with lightning talks and talks at smaller events if you're insecure, but know that despite many German voices that say otherwise, most internationals will gladly overlook imperfections for being welcomed by you through language

#39c3@radicalpet dialects can be challenging, but the German language is one of the most unintelligible English dialects.
(also more than once I've seen a title in English at CCC only to discover the talk is in German)
