A lot of people donate to Fedi projects through the https://liberapay.com platform so that might help?
If you're looking for people/projects to fund:
1. Your server, there should be donation links on your server's website or ask your admin about it.
2. The people who make your server's software (in your case that's Mastodon)
3. The people who make your third party app (if you use one)
4. Third party services which the Fediverse relies on (e.g. a.gup.pe)
