You can't delete other people's posts, but you can mute or block accounts: https://fedi.tips/blocking-and-muting-on-the-fediverse

You can also use filters to hide posts containing certain words or phrases: https://fedi.tips/filtering-your-timeline-to-hide-posts-on-mastodon
