It's difficult to know what's going on without seeing the profile itself.
Some Fedi platforms give an incorrect "member since" date, this may be what's happened here.
For example some Fedi platforms give their "member since" date as the date when your server first noticed them, rather than the date when the account actually began.
The post number may also be either incorrect or else they've deleted their own posts.
