I don't know if you ever got the tour from Fedi.tips (a real person who posts here), but their website has a page full of tips on getting more eyes on your posts. You already do a lot of the right things, but there are tips on hashtags, groups, and more here: https://fedi.tips/how-do-i-get-more-followers-on-mastodon-and-the-fediverse/
