On a completely different scale of finance operations, totally different context, i am just reminded of how our economic systems not only are not interested in sustainability, but actively oppose it.
I am told that a sizeable number of old computers (which are working just fine) can no longer be used, because the new OS (which we had to buy) no longer supports them.
I know it s not news ... we know the mechanisms.
You can not have sustainability within this system.
