Now do Dr's offices. Although some of them Have gotten much better at integrating their data. But, those are the ones I suspect of AI record-keeping.

@cmconseils I think they're aware if the incongruence between uploading the resume and having ai (or more problematic) previous scanners have in getting accurate details to reject you on. Hr just not doing the job they're employed to do.
Though, there is that statistics aspect as well. More than ten applicants, "randomly" take 10 and reject the rest. Reject any that don't contain key desired words. Reject any that don't look professional. Reject anyone of specific backgrounds or identities. -

@Edelruth @cmconseils Then they'd have no excuse to make you show up a half hour early to fill out the form with the information they told you to give them online. And then the nurse will ask you for again in person.
