I have no idea how regular people are supposed to navigate macOS any more. "Please go to (obscure subsection of settings) and enable (3 different settings in three different places) in order for your scanner software to work."

I just installed one piece of software, which was around 10 clicks. Now I'm staring at the privacy section with no idea what it was I was asked to do due to cognitive overload. Vista UAC really was a better experience – and that was the market leader in poor experiences when it was released. #macos
