@alchemist @augustav @brucelawson One complication is that my generation imprinted on the BBC dramatisation of I, Claudius, and think Claudius looked like Derek Jacobi and Tiberius like George Baker, etc etc. But they really, really, didn't. So I had a hazy feeling I recognised A4, but it took me two guesses to reach Claudius.
