@perjakobsen while very, VERY tempting, the reality is that at current, Europe relies heavily on the US for intelligence and surveillance, and that makes telling Trump to duck off a pipe dream for now.
Having weapons and troops is only some of the cogs in the wheel of warfare, you also need to know where to use them and what they will be facing, or you are done for even before you begin. Fighting blind is no good.
