@wicche the blueberry is the only one of those that is a true berry.

@beandreams @infernusgoatus okay, that's a good contender, but considering all four berries on their year-round merits the worst berry in the list is blueberry. Because I like a good tiny, almost sour blueberry, and when they're fresh off the bush all blueberries are also great, but they're the one berry that I cannot STAND cooked. The flavor transmutes in a totally unacceptable sickly-sweet way.
@wicche @beandreams @infernusgoatus I beg to differ. Fresh blueberries are fine, but they don't keep long I make a dish I call gruel that is based on oatmeal, and dropping a few blueberries into it totally transforms it into something magical and good. (except after midnight when there's a full moon.)

@wicche @beandreams @infernusgoatus I use frozen blueberries, they keep, and I can use them year round.
