@david_chisnall It was one of the first things done when in power ... pardoning murderers, war criminals, Nazi militia.
How many of them now act as those so-called police officers? This tactict was a great success here in Germany the other day. Every no-count could start a career in the SS and so a machinery of loyal monsters without soul was created. We all are aware what came next.
