Firefox is now the last known major browser that still supports uBlock Origin Ad blocker. Everyone including Microsoft Edge, Google and other Chromium browsers phase it out under Manifest V3. Firefox is also the only browser that check and ensure uBlock's code on every update to make sure the devs (or compromised repos) hasn't inserted spyware or malware into the extension code. also if you have elderly parents or grandparents, do yourself a favor for their safety. please install an ad blocker on their browser. this cuts out so much risks. Google or 100s of Ad vendors don't care about spyware/malware delivered using their Ad network.

There is also @Waterfox @librewolf @zenbrowser browsers based on Firefox source. Waterfox, LibreWolf are more privacy focused, Zen seems to care about the UI.On Android I would use WaterFox, except they don't have access to the security API for security key (YubiKey) support yet. LibreWolf on Windows is grand - no AI crap, no telemetry, no Pocket, and fixed few other bits.

@nixCraft I have done that, and gone a bit further. Pihole in their home network as well. You never know when a link will get to the phone...

@Progenitus @nixCraft @Vivaldi It is the same non-working minimal adblocking on all the reskinned Chromiums, that results in "we detected you're using an ad blocker, disable it if you want to read this" everywhere you go.
That NEVER happens with UBO, the only genuine ad blocker.
