@funbaker @katzenberger Isn't his stance that shit code is shit code and that he doesn't care if it was shat out by AI or by someone naturally stupid? It sounds like he's sick of idiots not doing due diligence on the output of the tool.

His assumption is that "AI" is "merely a tool", and the challenge was just to have it be used "correctly".
He doesn't realize (or maybe: doesn't care) that at scale, "AI" is disastrous for our planet and us humans. Not even when the Linux Titanic is taking on water, in front of his very eyes.
To him, "tool usage" and bug reporting frenzy are two distinct things. He believes he can have one without the other – it's just an educational problem. Next step: Having "AI" triage bug reports…
