9/11 birthed Homeland Security, the agency originally tasked with making sure intelligence was shared between the CIA, FBI and police to protect us from terrorist attacks. Now, apparently DHS is mostly focused on terrorist attacks from low wage immigrant workers.

Call me picky but "Trump went" nowhere.
He "declared" war and is sending soldiers to die in an unlawful war.
He is relaxing on a golden sofa while others killing thousands of people because he loves to see himself powerful.

@wdlindsy To Trump and his advisors, other people(including us) are not really people, just assets or impediments. So, the human cost of war(whether it’s dead American soldiers or dead little Iranian girls) is not even a matter of interest unless it can be shown to affect their monetary or political interests. Even their loss of popularity is only of interest to the degree that it makes it harder to cheat.
