"Pro-Palestinian students threaten to sue US university amid antisemitism definition controversy", as the George Mason University in Virginia uses the factually incorrect and indirectly extremely antisemitic IHRA definition of antisemitism, which conflates legitimate criticism of a State with hate against an entire ethnicity, as a political tool to deprive the students of their actual First Amendment free speech right within its specifically intended use.
https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2025/oct/29/george-mason-university-virginia-ihra-antisemitism-definitionAgain, NO State equally anywhere represents the entirety of ANY ethnicity. They are two completely separate categories of concepts.
To claim that criticizing any State's actual war crimes, crimes against humanity, genocide, etc is hate against an ethnic group per se is to claim that those acts are innate of the entire ethnicity, that every person of that ethnicity is born unable to live without committing those acts, which is in itself actual textbook definition racism against that ethnicity in its most extreme tier which if allowed to stand will then undoubtedly be used as illegitimate justification for arbitrary attacks against and even genocide against that ethnicity itself, and also absolute nonsense, not how humans work at all.
