I think there's an important divide in how people think, where presented with a situation where they succeed while some other's can't and think

- This system sucks for people who aren't able to have the success I had, it should change to be more fair

vs

- I'm so great, look at how much better I am than these other people, if the system ever changes that is unfair to me

Don't be the latter.
