Design E: 1
Design F: 2
Design H: 2
Design G: 2 (but both are on the rarely used €200)
Design I: 3 (One is just being pushed, not ridden)In addition, Design I is clearly one of the most beautiful designs overall. Coincidence?
I think the winner is quite obvious!

Some more thoughts on the design proposals:
Although I do appreciate the person on the bike, the street festival feel of the scene, and that the people are in a watercolor style, rather than the too much used and boring silhouette style – it just doesn't make up for the incredibly drab and depressing gray €5 of Design F. And the otherwise whimsicality of the design makes them look too much like board game money, I think…?

Speaking of bard game money: What I'm not at all uncertain about is that Design J, although very pretty, does look like something you pay with during a round of Wingspan. I'm sorry, I do like them! And I do like colors and the pretty vistas of nature in the backgrounds . But I also like to have real money look a bit serious, you know?

It would be pretty cool if they used the most iconic board game bills, just with added security features.
I know it is a horrible idea, I just like the thought of it.

The people in Design B, but especially in Design C, has that look of that style that _everyone_ wanted 10 years ago! You know the one. The flat one. With the colors. You're thinking of it right now. Corporate Memphis.
I'm sorry, but what the hell are you doing? You just can not use a fad art style from 10 years ago on bills that will circulate for the next 30-50. What is this, design school? Is graphic design your passion? Get out of here!

I like the step-trough frame bicycle on the €100 for Design E. But why are most of the other people in that scene seemingly taking selfies with their phones? I get that it's a big part of the current culture, but it just rubs me the wrong way a bit, especially with so many, you know?
Other than that I really enjoy the real street party vibe of this designs €5! Too often culture is portrayed as concert halls and elite, but music is for the masses, and so should the streets be!

I also very much appreciate the windmills on the €50 of Design G! Too bad that's the only nod to any kind of clean energy production I have noticed on any of the design proposals! Let me know if I've missed any!
You know what I would've loved? A real, German #balkonkraftwerk!
In general I also appreciate that a lot of the designs have at least one person with a wheelchair. There's too few people with hair indicating dark skin, but there are some.

Having said all of this, I think clearly the most obvious issue with this whole thing is that they don't have any design proposals from @effinbirds! This is an outrage!
Other than that, you should take the survey linked from the website, and give your highest rating to Design I!

Oh, one more thing
Dear Design D. I see what you're going for. I love the idea!
But you just can not submit a design proposal for the bills used in 21 countries with what looks like a screenshot taken directly from Audacity on it!
This is just not acceptable in any way! Did you send in your draft by accident? Had to rush the deadline and didn't notice the .final.final.reallyfinal.svg when uploading?
Contact the EU right away with the real proposal! I'm sure they'll understand.

@forteller Design I is a big no no for me due to the promotion of climate-wrecking aviation.

@forteller Audacity is opensource, my dude, it's for The Cause! (I helpfully speculate.)
