    @anselmschueler Are you saying they were able to perform a security audit without one?

    @cmthiede No security audit was performed. The report discusses public information.

              @Natasha_Jay
              Here in the UK, after they have been awarded a huge MoD contract to add to their NHS and police contracts, Palantir's ability to access sensitive defence information is a feature, not a bug.
              Between Palantir and Oracle and the new age-gating two tier internet, everyone is going to be logged in and spied on all the time.

                  Does the world #respect the United States, yet?

                  The article indicates the world does not trust the #USA #Government and many of its internation #corporations.

                  It's only been one year, but it looks like the US has lost much of the respect we had just 2 years ago. Weird how "elections have consequences," huh?

                          Meanwhile the EU still believes in its latest data agreements with the US even though they are not really in the spirit of the GDPR and the EU basic rights charter.

                            Vielleicht wäre ja aus juristischer Sicht interessant, ob es da einen sinnvollen Rechtsweg für Betroffene (wohl potenziell alle in B-W) gibt. Oder gar eine Möglichkeit zu einer Verbandsklage o.ä.

                              @praesolgka Auch wenn ich vermuten würde, dass es wenn, dann eher in anderen Gerichten als einem OLG landen würde (Verwaltungsrecht wohl? Oder falls evtl. in dem Fall ein direkter Weg zum LVerfG oder BVerfG offen wäre...)

                                      Palantir and Pete Thiel are existential threats to personal privacy AND national sovereignty. Thiel and other tech bros truly believe they are the sole sovereigns of earth.

                                        @praesolgka Ja hier lesen #Grüne aus BaWü mit. Weniger Realos, aber wahrscheinlich auch. Unter denen gibt es zwar Ignorierer-des-Problems, aber mir ist kein Realo bekannt der "Palantir von Thiel" cool findet. Was man aus der Erkenntnis macht ist der Streitpunkt, sage ich als linke Grüne @Natasha_Jay

                                          @fulda darüber hatten wir es kurz letztens am Fuldaer Stammtisch.

                                          Die Grünen in BaWü haben sogar dafür gestimmt afair
                                          Haben hier aber keinen Account lt. Web.

                                          Kann den Account der Landesregierung vlt hier nicht erwähnen, weil sie so einen depperten Accountnamen haben 😂

                                          Mal schauen 🤞

                                          @gruenehessen In Hessen läuft diese Software auch schon afair, no?

                                          Lange Rede..., die Schweizer zeigen, dass man es auch wieder loswerden kann.
