@Erebus_Amauro @HennaVirkkunen excellent simile. Let's remember that EU already bent the knee for relaxing regulations about bigger, heavier, more unsafe vehicles from USA. Instead of fighting for cleaner and harmless technologies and for a democratic economy, EU institutions (and other like NATO) are happily becoming the top USA bootlicker. The only area they say they work for increasing independence is the military, but only for buying weapons and software to USA companies while still behaving as Trump's henchmen in the continent.

so i think there is a wunderfull way to conctrete lokal fediverse in decentral kommunal KI_instances, foedertätet in comoon surfaces like scools, universityies and other official buildings.
SOciety is bnetwork, an KI is just an techmikal prothetique extension of potential regenerative power collectet and driven by us, users.

Please, #European leaders, for the sake of #Europe and the whole world, try to do better.

Walk back #ChatControl (which is really universal #surveillance of an especially intrusive kind).

Stop worshipping the mechanized #Moloch that some corporations are pleased to call #AI. Stop letting them build the #datacenters that are the temples of its world-destroying cult.

Many Americans believe #Europeans are now better than we are. I wish it were true. Please show us that it is!
