@ObsidianUrbex@mstdn.social This used to be a bridge covered with houses and shops but the bridge was found to be too expensive to be maintained and therefore was scheduled to be proactively demolished.While the government was trying to acquire all the properties on the bridge to be able to demolish it there was one that refused to budge and wouldn't give up their property.They even went to court and won. So the government continued demolishing everything except their property.

@ObsidianUrbex I was once in a paper factory when it was being demolished. Someone had cut some of the paper vats in half and there was about a foot and a half of layer after layer of different coloured paper pulp on the inside. Didn’t have my camera with me and when I came back they had gone ️
