@outer Yeah, it sucks - this is a great example of a company that makes really good products, but still just can't help itself from taking control away from its customers, just on the off-chance that it might drive a sale. I used to work in marketing/sales & business development & I always asked for the shadow figures: How many sales are LOST because of over-aggressive tactics?
