@Broadfork I saw the video, showing trees and plants cut down, and the plants yellowed & dying from the toxic weed killer, yesterday. It was gut-wrenching. That garden was (and is still somewhat) such a vibrant & beautiful sanctuary for birds and insects. They put in so much work and effort over a long period of time to make that little bit of yard into a natural oasis. I'm glad Joel Ashton is taking the neighbor to court.
