@paulschoe yes, it's just completely believable story on it's face, I don't know why anyone would think differently. They probably got auto-reported for CASM too. ANYWAY- USING A CLOUD SERVICE DOES NOT REPLACE BACKUPS. A cloud service can *be* a backup, but 3-2-1 still applies. I know so many people who learned this The Hard Way
