@iain There isn't a lot of clamoring voices - but there's a shit-ton of evidence that consumers low-key care & make decisions based on perceptions & gut feelings related to responsibility etc. Hunkering down & hoping it blows over may "work", in the sense that it doesn't usually (!) cause an instant run or bankruptcy, but it most certainly doesn't promote growth, making the choice even more ridiculous considering how holy growth is in the very same corporate culture.
